Panic in the streets of Parenthood
September 22, 2009
Let’s Panic (which I found via Rational Moms) is probably one of the best parodies of the crazy Santiparenting sites EVER. If I were drinking coffee right now (and let’s face it, it’s 5:30 so I should be), it would be coming out my nose!

What is Santiparenting? (sorry, I’m new to your blog)
I’m 37 weeks, up at 4am cause, SWEET BEAVIS, THE REFLUX, and I’m laughing so hard, tears are streaming down my face. Quite possibly The Best Site Ever.
Isn’t it great? I hope you have a good three more weeks, because….well. Let’s just say I know what it was like. 🙂
Hi Veronica – Sorry in replying late, I was in DC with the boy. Sanctiparenting is when others (particularly moms) pass judgements on one’s parenting based on how you gave birth/how you feed your newborn/how far you let your kid walk away from you in a store/etc. Basically, its someone who makes you feel bad for the choices that you make as a parent – like the person who told me that “Breast *is* best” in the airport while I was feeding my son from a bottle….of breastmilk.
